What this site collects

Nothing that identifies you. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no session cookie and no form on any page. Nothing you do here is stored, and no profile is built.

Your browser keeps a small amount of state locally for convenience, and that never leaves your device.

What leaves your browser anyway

Buying

Payment is handled by an external store rather than by this site, so card details are never seen here. That provider collects the name, email and billing information it needs to take payment and issue an invoice, under its own privacy policy.

Inovativa Solutions Ltd receives the order record, including your email address, and uses it to deliver the kit, to send updates about it, and to keep the accounting records the law requires. It is not sold, rented, or used for unrelated marketing.

Email

If you write in, the message and address are kept for as long as needed to answer and to keep a record of what was agreed. That is the whole use.

Your rights

Where the GDPR applies, you may ask for a copy of the data held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to its use, or ask for it in portable form. Write to hi@shadcnpenpot.com and it will be handled within one month.

Changes

If this site ever starts collecting something, this page changes first and the date at the top moves with it.
